RealProductPhotos respects copyright. Users may only upload photos they took themselves or otherwise have the right to share, and every upload includes an explicit attestation of that. Official product images are linked from their original source and never copied to our servers.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on RealProductPhotos infringes your copyright, submit a notice below (or email it to our designated agent). A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the infringing material with its URL on our site, include your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the uploader. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. Misrepresenting a claim can itself create liability — see 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
