1. What RealProductPhotos is

RealProductPhotos.com is a public library of real-life product photos contributed by regular people. Browsing is free and requires no account. An account is required to upload photos, vote, report content, or follow products and brands.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant RealProductPhotos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute your photos on the service and in previews of it. You can remove your photos at any time from My Uploads, which ends this license for future display.

• You must own the photos you upload or have the right to share them.
• Photos must be real photographs — no professional studio renders, no AI-generated or AI-enhanced images.
• No photos of identifiable people without their consent, no minors, and nothing unlawful or hateful.

3. Moderation

New contributors’ uploads are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may reject, remove, or restore content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules. Trusted-contributor status and badges are granted and revoked at our discretion.

4. Product information and official images

Product names, brands, and official reference images belong to their respective owners. Official images are linked from their original sources for identification only and are never stored by us. Rights holders can request removal via our DMCA process.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Community photos reflect individual experiences and devices; we don’t guarantee accuracy or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealProductPhotos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
